As part of London Bridge City’s Summer by the River festival there will be a free screening of Barbie (12A) at The Scoop on Tuesday 18 June 7-9pm. The blurb says ‘To live in Barbie Land is to be a perfect being in a perfect place. Unless you have a full-on existential crisis. Or you’re a Ken. Eccentric and individualistic, Barbie is exiled from Barbieland because of her imperfections. When her home world is in peril, Barbie returns with the knowledge that what makes her different also makes her stronger’.
