09 Apr Demolition and tower crane climbing at Edge London Bridge Saturday 12 – Sunday 13 April

A recent Mace email warns that will be taking place over the coming weekend at the Edge London Bridge site on St Thomas Street, to climb a tower crane 9-6pm.

There will also be concrete demolition work at basement and ground levels which may continue until mid-May. Mace acknowledges that these works will probably be noisy and create vibration. Acoustic enclosures/sound barrier controls are being put in place where possible to mitigate and reduce the impact and noise levels will continue to be monitored. Mace say “We apologise in advance for any inconvenience the above listed activities may cause and will endeavour to complete the works as soon as possible.
