23 Jul Add your hopes for Guy Street Park to the consultation pot
Well over 100 people stopped to share their thoughts at last week’s Guy Street Park consultation, including local residents, hospital workers, care home residents and staff, school children and parents, basketball players, construction workers and other local workers and commuters. The consultation marks the beginning of work to improve the park once funding comes available from the proposed redevelopment of the south side of Snowsfields. The park will be directly affected by the redevelopment as the car park is to be replaced by a taller commercial building, which will mean more people working locally.
If you missed the consultation last week, never fear, there is an online survey which you can use to tell the team what you think. It will be live until 2 September.
