On Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 January, Ugly Duck will host ALIEN AI LIVE 3.0. It is described as ‘an immersive interactive performance and disruptive installation that “breaks” and “glitches” emerging technologies and enables algorithms to subvert their functions to invent new Humane or Alien Technologies… Public participation is a key to creating the artwork and alter their own experiences that challenge our relationships with various (and more than human) intelligences, technology, culture, society and each other. Through multifaceted interactions with the Alien AI, we all become one. The Yellow One.‘
Visitors will experience real-time AI and travelling VR headsets, all live-streamed into each other. This process creates a continuity of space and time and simultaneous presence at multiple locations.
