The latest newsletter from The Drawing Room highlights their Book Marks Bookclub which will meet on Wednesday 14 August 6.30-7.30pm. Indeed it meets on the second Wednesday of every month for a discussion on a selection of literature from around the world. The scope is wide – fiction, short stories and poetry, titles recommended by artists working with The Drawing Room and suggestions from book club members. The book for August is Life Ceremony by Sayaka Murata. You will need to have read the book before the meeting. There are 15 places available. Book yourself in by emailing yamuna@drawingroom.org.uk.
