Southwark Council’s latest business newsletter highlights that free commercial property advice is available from The Property Advice Service which is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, designed to help growing businesses. The aim is to to help business owners understand the current property market and make the best decisions, whether that is navigating financial options, negotiating with a landlord or accessing business rate relief schemes. To be eligible a business must already be trading in London, have fewer than 250 employees and a turnover of under £44m.
