On Saturday 17 May at 7.30pm, local community choir RBCS will perform the Rutter Requiem and more at St James church, Bermondsey. The performance will include a chamber orchestra with harp and timpani, and there are solos for cello, oboe and soprano voice. This will be the choir’s first performance under the baton of the new Musical Director Sam Draper.
St James church is on Thurland Road SE16 4AA, nearest station Bermondsey tube, or any bus along Jamaica Road. Admission is free, donations welcome.
