12 Nov Howardena Pindell at White Cube from Friday 21 November

A new exhibition opens at White Cube, Bermondsey Street next Friday 21 November. It is a solo exhibition of the American artist, Howardena Pindell’s work, titled Off the Grid. The works included are paintings, sculpture and works on paper made between the 1960s and the present day. They focus on the artist’s exploration of dispelling racial and gender myths, and the disassembly of the grid as a compositional device – a recurring motif. This show follows her inaugural exhibition at White Cube Hong Kong in November 2024.

The exhibition preview will be on Thursday 20 November 6.30-8pm, no booking required. White Cube is at 144 Bermondsey Street SE1 3TQ and is free to visit. More  here.
