14 May New Series – Building Bygones – 2A Morocco Street

BermondseyStreet.London launches a new series of heritage shorts this week, under the series title Building Bygones. Our author is Richard Miller, artist and ex-local resident who helped set up a forerunner of BermondseyStreet.London over 30 years ago. Richard has been collecting historical information and taking photographs locally all this time and so has a very rich archive to dip into. He will be writing short histories of individual buildings, starting this week with number 2A Morocco Street, currently home to RJ Autos, and the intriguing horses’ heads.
