Chapter Living

• installation of the crown structure at the top of the building, the Level 40 concrete slab later this month, followed by the facades
• the fit-out of apartments on levels 4-31
• the tower crane on St Thomas Street should be gone by the end of the year.

Edge

• completion of the digging for basement levels 3 and 4, and the concrete casting of walls, slabs and columns
• work on the steel structure enabling work on floors above ground in an 8 day installation cycle currently at floor 9/10.
