04 Apr Snowsfields Quarter Planning Application consultation – your chance to comment
Over the last several years, a developer team from Reef (developer), Oxford (investor) and Urban Health (freeholder) has been working on a plan to build a LifeSciences centre on the south side of Snowsfields stretching from Weston Street to Crosby Row. They have now submitted their planning application to Southwark Council and the 21-day consultation period has begun. We♥️Snowsfields, a community group set up to represent local views to the Council will be meeting on Monday 7 April to discuss the application. Points under discussion include the impact of the proposed tall buildings on Hamilton Square residents, Guy Street Park, traffic and parking. Some changes have been secured through informal consultation, but not all points have been resolved. You can see the application here and send in your comments.
