“We cautiously welcome certain aspects of the scheme but remain concerned about traffic issues and hospital access for staff and vulnerable patients, 3.5 years of construction disruption, and the impact on Guy Street Park and nearby estates. We’re seeking stronger guarantees from the developer regarding these issues and the community improvement works planned, including improved security for Hamilton Square, whose residents will be  severely impacted by the development. We’ll continue to monitor the process and advocate for the best possible outcome for our local community. ” We are all encouraged to comment on the proposed planning application – check it out here and share your thoughts – every comment counts!
