24 Jan Southwark Council launches its Hospitality Skills Hub

Southwark Council has launched a new Hospitality Skills Hub designed to help hospitality businesses with recruitment and retention of staff,  while also getting residents into careers in the hospitality industry.  Services will be delivered by the Council’s partner Rinova Ltd. The Hospitality Skills Hub will provide free training and 1:1 support for residents interested in hospitality careers, aiming to create 130 jobs and apprenticeships over the next two years. Hospitality employers can register with the Hospitality Skills Hub’s free recruitment service to find skilled and work-ready hospitality staff. The Hospitality Skills Hub can also conduct a needs assessment of a business to pinpoint the skills required.
