18 Sep Spanish galleon at St Katharine dock Tuesday 24 September

A replica of the Spanish Galleon, Galeon Andalucia, plans to come through Tower Bridge at c4pm on  Monday 23 September and then dock on St Katharine docks. For many of us, the phrase Spanish Galleon conjures up pirates in the Caribbean and Queen Elizabeth I navy’s defeat of the Spanish Armada in the 16th century. It all sounds very romantic from a safe distance! This visit to London marks the grand finale of a European tour including 14 other cities in the UK. The ship’s decks will be open for public visits from Tuesday 24 September . Galeon Andalucia will be in St Katharine dock until Sunday 6 October. More here https://tallshipsnetwork.com
