26 Feb St Thomas Street East – updates on the Chapter Living and Edge construction work

From the latest Mace newsletter, here is an update on the construction at the Chapter Living and Edge sites at the east end of St Thomas Street.
Chapter Living – external walls up to level 16, internal fit-out up to level 9, plant installed in the basement including two electricity substations
Edge – excavation of the basement area with the pouring of concrete slabs at basement and ground level. Welfare units installed.
Mitigation for neighbours – balcony and window cleaning on Melior Street scheduled for w/b 26 February.
Monthly resident and stakeholder meetings take place on the last Friday of the month at 8.30am at the Mace project office, 111 Snowsfields SE1 3SS.
