Chapter Living – corner of Weston Street and St Thomas Street
Structure and façade are now complete up to level 21, past the halfway mark. Work proceeds on internal fit out of student units
up to level 15 and installation of the passenger lifts within the central core has started. They expect to make the cranes taller again at the end of April.

EDGE London Bridge, next door to Chapter
Work continues to excavate basement B2, second of four levels of basement. The main building central core has been cast up to level 1. The project’s 2nd tower crane is fully operational. Later this month, construction vehicles will commence using the site gate on Melior Street via Fenning Street & Melior Street as a one way route. Druid Street will be used as a holding area.

Site working and vehicle hours are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm.
