23 Oct Weekend road closures for construction work on St Thomas Street

The latest community update from Mace about the Chapter Living and Edge construction sites give notice of weekend working on the next three weekends into the middle of November. TFL, Network Rail and Southwark Council require this work to be done outside normal working hours.
• Saturday 26th / Sunday 27th October – first of two weekends required to remove crane TC1A using existing tower crane TC2.
• Saturday 2nd / Sunday 3rd November – second crane removal.
The working hours will be 08:00 – 18:00 on Saturdays and 09:00 – 17:00 on Sundays.
St Thomas Street will be closed from 18:00 on Friday 8th November to Sunday 10th November.
