08 Oct Weekend work on St Thomas Street 12-13 October

The latest news from the construction sites on St Thomas Street is that installation of the Floor Perimeter Screens will be completed on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 October. This is risky work and extensive exclusion zones are required. To mitigate the risk to site personnel, the work is to be done at the weekend. Working hours, as agreed with Southwark Council, will be Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday – 10am to 4pm. The work will use the crane but are not expected to be excessively noisy.
