18 Jun @Disturbance at Ugly Duck Saturday-Sunday 22-23 June

2024’s @Disturbance at Ugly  Duck features five artists performing live and on giant video screens. Samiir Saunders will perform a new sound-text poetry performance. London-based Kobi Essah Ayensuo will present a new soundscape blending singing and spoken word, set designs and projections. r set designs. Ace Rahman incorporates a large installation with interactive sounds, projections, and costumes. Ella Frost presents a new video projected on natural and digital  surfaces. Survival underpins Alex Billingham’s piece, playing with possible tomorrows to find better ways to survive. The enduring theme is LGBTQIA+ lives and for this @Disturbance, the question ‘how do Ai’s and humans see the world?’.
