13 Aug Road Closures

There are several planned road closures in the coming weeks affecting Druid Street. Crucifix Lane and Bermondsey Street:

• from 18 August until February 2027 at some times between 10pm and 5am – no traffic under the viaduct at Bermondsey Street or on Druid Street between Tower Bridge Road and Barnham Street. Marshalls will provide access for pedestrians, cyclists and local residents’ vehicles. At the relevant times, all traffic will be allowed to move northward on Bermondsey Street between Morocco Street and Whites Grounds; and Roper Lane will be two-way. This is needed to enable works under the viaduct at Bermondsey Street
• as needed daytime restrictions on vehicles stopping on Crucifix Lane between Shand Street and Bermondsey Street Monday 24- Tuesday 25 August while new water supply connections are put in place.
