07 Mar Mattheus Consort will sing at Evensong at St Mary’s Friday 15 March

This special Evensong service at St Mary Magdalen church Bermondsey Street will include traditional English choral music sung by The Matthaeus Consort. The service will begin at 7.30pm on Friday 15 March.  The church is the oldest building in Bermondsey Street by virtue of some medieval stone work remaining from the days of Bermondsey Abbey. The Matthaeus Consort has previously sung in Southwark and Wells cathedrals and many other churches. St Mary Magdalen church is at 193 Bermondsey Street SE1 3UW.
